How do service areas work?

Service Areas are geographic areas where you receive exclusive leads. You can claim a single city, an entire county, or a metro area depending on your package. Once claimed, no other home service contractor can receive leads from that service area through our network. It's first-come, first-served.
What if my desired service area is already taken?

We'll let you know immediately if a service area is unavailable. In most cases, we can offer adjacent service areas or help you define a different coverage area that works. We can also add you to a waitlist - if the current contractor cancels, you get first right of refusal.
Can I expand my service area later?

Yes! Existing clients get first right of refusal on adjacent service areas. Many contractors start with a city, see results, then expand to county-wide coverage. We offer expansion discounts for adding to your existing service area.

How quickly will I start getting leads?

What kind of lead volume can I expect?

Volume depends on your service area size: a single city might generate 10-30 leads/month, while a full county or metro area could see 50-150+ leads/month. How does billing work?

Your one-time plan can start as early as 30 days - timing varies by market. Some areas drive traffic faster and generate calls within weeks. No one-time fees until we've established sustained volume for your plan. You'll be notified when ready.
What if calls start coming in early?

Requirements & Licensing
Do I need to be licensed?
